From what you described he seems like he has autism. Sadly, he was not treated for it. He's about 16 yo now. Still unsociable esp with ppl of his age group or even with his male cousins, but totally the opposite of what he was when he was a kid. Back then, he was very noisy, very naughty, destructive, destructive, destructive... Lately, he's toooooooooooooo quiet. So quiet that he scares the shyt out of us. But at least he's no longer destructive. I was very pleased when we went for a family vacation last year to Tioman that he socialized with me and we were buddies :) Everyone else was very surprised, but pleased. I think there's hope for kids with autism. Just be patient and continue to show your love and care :) And thanks for teaching me something here - I would not have known about autism if it wasn't for you and your blog entries.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">beetle</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 18 Jan 2008 04:19:50 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
