    ang ang ang! come to think of it, a lot of nursery rhymes have dark roots & disturbing origins. clementine la, rockebye baby lar *shudder* but i'm sure kids don't think of the underlying message at all right? they just get a kick out of forcing us to sing for them over n over n over again.

    Incey Wincey Spider is also creepy for an arachnophobe like me if you analyze it. I mean, the damned spider just wouldn't die! It gets washed down the water spout and it just keeps on going up again and again and again. What kind of a spider is it? Some bionic spider that just wouldn't die? Yikes!!
